Hummingbird™ will accept, for refund or exchange, items that are in new condition, unused, unaltered and free of damage by the customer.
To start a return, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Information needed: Order Number (sent immediately for all purchases), Address, Full Name, and Email (matching).
Since we will resend all damaged packages, there should be no need for exchanges!
For returns and refunds for which Hummingbird is not at fault, customers will pay for the return shipping at their own expenses. Hummingbird will only refund an order free of charge before the fulfillment of that order. Once the order ships, only a return or replacement can be processed.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
